I haven’t read this manga (though it looks beautifully done from the covers!) but it looks like on the last cover she is wearing a Qaraqalpaq saw'kele and accompanying kiymeshek (cf http://www.qaraqalpaq.com/sawkele01.html ) The costume she wears on the first two covers looks super familiar but I can’t immediately place it. Bet you anything it’s Turkic though =P
